Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay 2018

Lawnbrook Estate sparkling is a blend of estate grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from vines planted in the early 1980s. Once a successful orchard, Lawnbrook was transformed into a vineyard with the planting of traditional French varieties and these have flourished in the years since. This Pinot predominant blend displays a soft palate which comes from extended time on lees. A perfect wine for a celebration…like the beginning of the weekend!
