A modern style Chardonnay with a bright and youthful palate. Aromas of white peach, lemon zest with hints of vanilla it displays a bright, pale straw colour.
Tasting Notes
Ageing it in seasoned French oak has allowed this wine to illustrate regional minerality and fruit definition. Best enjoyed with friends (or kookaburras) who love a good chat! Keith was an incredibly friendly kookaburra who would cheekily rob people of their lunch. She was also responsible for a reduction in goldfish numbers in our pond…but we loved her all the same. Produced using fish products, traces may remain.
